Frames for my vintage art prints

March 15, 2018

In my previous post about our kitchen update I shared that I have some vintage ad reproductions I wanted to incorporate. Luke finished frames for them this weekend and I am in love! And the bonus is the total cost was $0 as we had the boards and the stain already. Luke cut the boards and angles, my Dad cut the dado groove in the backside to hold the glass (we used glass panel molding to make it super easy) and Levi then had a little fun distressing them. Luke then stained them in our favorite Minwax Early American stain. I love that they all had a hand in creating them! <3  I’ll share the second one when we get that side of the kitchen a little more complete!
